While they are absent, our residents have the opportunity to sublease their room during the semester break.

Usually this concerns the period between July and October.

During this time our rooms can be rent by summerguests.

Pricelist for summer rentals:

There is a deposit of € 50,- per room.

Final cleaning € 8,- per room.

Internet flat-charge € 10,-
